Công ty Cổ phần Phát triển hạ tầng Vĩnh Phúc là chủ đầu tư dự án KCN Khai Quang (TP Vĩnh Yên, tỉnh Vĩnh Phúc), KCN Sông Lô II (huyện Sông Lô, tỉnh Vĩnh Phúc); KCN Châu Sơn (TP Phủ Lý, tỉnh Hà Nam). Công ty hiện tại đã ký Hợp đồng thuê Nhà thầu thi công, Nhà thầu giám sát thi công. Để đảm bảo chất lượng thi công các hạng mục công việc, Công ty cần tuyển Giám sát trưởng và Giám sát viên Chủ đầu tư làm việc tại dự án KCN Sông Lô II, Huyện Sông Lô Tỉnh Vĩnh Phúc và các dự án khác do Công ty là chủ đầu tư. I. Số lượng tuyển dụng Vị trí Giám sát trưởng Chủ đầu tư: 02 người. Vị trí Giám sát viên Chủ đầu tư: 03 người. II. Yêu cầu Nhân sự 1. Chuyên môn, nghiệp vụ Tốt nghiệp Đại học chính quy, chuyên ngành giao thông cầu đường bộ, hạ tầng kỹ thuật. Có kinh nghiệm chỉ huy trưởng, giám sát trưởng các công trình hạ tầng kỹ thuật, giao thông đường bộ ở vị trí tương đương tối thiểu 10 năm trở lên.. Có kinh nghiệm trong việc lập hồ sơ thiết kế bản vẽ thi công, dự toán và bóc tách khối lượng. 2. Kỹ năng/khả năng Kỹ năng điều hành, quản lý dự án, công trình, hạng mục công trình. Kỹ năng lập kế hoạch thực hiện dự án, công trình, hạng mục công trình. Kỹ năng tổ chức, quản lý công việc, khả năng phân tích, lập kế hoạch cho các công việc của Bộ phận mình phụ trách. Địa điểm làm việc Tại KCN Sông Lô II (huyện Sông Lô, tỉnh Vĩnh Phúc); KCN Khai Quang (Vĩnh Yên, tỉnh Vĩnh Phúc). IV. Quyền lợi - Mức lương: Vị trí Giám sát trưởng Chủ đầu tư: 25tr - 35tr/tháng hoặc theo thỏa thuận. Vị trí Giám sát viên Chủ đầu tư: 15tr - 30tr/tháng hoặc theo thỏa thuận. Thời gian thử việc từ: 2 tháng tùy theo trình độ của ứng viên, lương thử việc theo quy định của pháp luật. - Chế độ khác: Chế độ BHXH theo Quy định. -Thưởng nhân viên xuất sắc, thưởng hiệu quả sản xuất hàng năm. Song Lo II Industrial Park project will hand over the site to secondary investors in early 2024
On June 25, 2023, at Song Lo II Industrial Park (IP) in Vinh Phuc Province, Vinh Phuc Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (VPID) successfully organized the groundbreaking ceremony for Song Lo II Industrial Park, with a scale of 165.65 hectares and a total investment capital of VND 1,520 billion. Attending the groundbreaking ceremony of Song Lo II Industrial Park were Mr. Le Duy Thanh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vinh Phuc Provincial People’s Committee; Mr. Nguyen Ba Hien, Secretary of the Song Lo District Party Committee; Mr. Ha Dinh Nha, Head of the Vinh Phuc Industrial Parks Management Board; Mr. Trinh Viet Dung, Chairman of the Board of Directors of VPID; leaders of provincial departments and functional agencies; representatives of the People’s Committee of Song Lo District and communes within the project area; investors, customers, and partners of VPID; and representatives of central and local media agencies who attended and reported on the event. VPID commits to mobilizing all resources to successfully implement the Song Lo II Industrial Park project Following the success of the groundbreaking ceremony, together with its experience in infrastructure investment in numerous industrial park projects in Vinh Phuc Province and several northern provinces such as Ha Nam and Hai Duong, VPID commits to mobilizing all resources to implement the investment and complete the project in accordance with the planned schedule. On June 23, 2023, the Company was allocated land by the Vinh Phuc Provincial People’s Committee to carry out the project (Phase 1), with a total land area of 152.76 hectares, of which industrial land accounts for 111.57 hectares. Overall master plan perspective of the Song Lo II Industrial Park project During the implementation of the Project, VPID ensures strict compliance with legal regulations on fire prevention and fighting and construction; concentrates maximum resources and selects capable and experienced contractors to achieve quality and meet the planned schedule; and supervises construction contractors to ensure occupational safety and environmental hygiene. Throughout the construction process, the Project will absolutely not affect the living conditions and daily activities of local residents in surrounding areas. Currently, VPID is cooperating with contractors and focusing on completing site clearance for the land area acquired in Phase 1 of the Project; gradually carrying out infrastructure construction, including key items such as: construction of the centralized wastewater treatment plant and emergency pond; drainage channels and wastewater collection systems; lighting systems; water supply and power supply systems; and landscaping. Song Lo II Industrial Park will apply advanced technologies to create a green ecosystem. A synchronized technical infrastructure system, modern wastewater treatment technology, and a solar power system will help efficiently save production energy. VPID participates in the Red Journey program "Connecting Vietnamese Blood" in 2023
Nằm trong chương trình hoạt động cộng đồng thường niên, ngày 02/07/2023 vừa qua, Công đoàn VPID phối hợp cùng Ban chỉ đạo hiến máu tình nguyện tỉnh Vĩnh Phúc tổ chức cho CBNV Công ty tham gia ngày hội hiến máu tình nguyện "Hành trình đỏ" năm 2023 với tinh thần tự nguyện, tôn vinh vẻ đẹp của truyền thống tương thân tương ái. Quan tâm tham dự chương trình có các đồng chí: Lê Duy Thành, Phó Bí thư Tỉnh uỷ, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Vĩnh Phúc; đồng chí Vũ Việt Văn, Ủy viên Ban Thường vụ Tỉnh ủy, Phó Chủ tịch Thường trực UBND tỉnh, Trưởng Ban Chỉ đạo Vận động HMTN tỉnh. Đây là một hoạt động ý nghĩa, đậm tính nhân văn, đã trở thành phong trào lớn của xã hội hiện nay và trở thành hoạt động thường niên của VPID. Song Lo II Industrial Park is developed in Dong Thinh Commune and Yen Thach Commune, Song Lo District, with an area of 165.65 hectares. The total investment capital of the project exceeds VND 1,500 billion. The Song Lo II Industrial Park Project was approved in principle by the Prime Minister under Decision No. 229/QD-TTg dated February 23, 2021, and its establishment was approved by the Vinh Phuc Provincial People’s Committee under Decision No. 600/QD-UBND dated March 11, 2021. The investor of the industrial park is Vinh Phuc Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company, a pioneering enterprise in the field of industrial park infrastructure investment, construction, and business. VPID received the Decision of the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc province on land allocation for Song Lo II Industrial Park Project
After two years of carrying out legal procedures for the establishment of Song Lo II Industrial Park, while simultaneously accelerating land compensation and site clearance, the Song Lo II Industrial Park Project has now been issued a land allocation decision by the Vinh Phuc Provincial People’s Committee, allowing the Company to proceed with the initial steps of industrial park infrastructure investment and construction. Accordingly, the land area allocated in Phase 1 is 152.76 hectares out of the total planned 165.65 hectares of Song Lo II Industrial Park (accounting for 92.22%). The remaining land area will continue to undergo site clearance for allocation in Phase 2 in 2023.
