      • Chương trình đào tạo nội bộ dành cho cán bộ quản lý VPID “THỰC HÀNH BÁNH XE QUẢN LÝ ĐỂ TĂNG HIỆU QUẢ CÔNG VIỆC”

      Nhằm nâng cao năng lực quản trị, kỹ năng điều hành và xây dựng đội ngũ quản lý chuyên nghiệp đáp ứng yêu cầu phát triển trong giai đoạn mới, từ ngày 05/06 đến ngày 07/06/2026, Công ty Cổ phần Phát triển Hạ tầng Vĩnh Phúc (VPID) đã tổ chức chương trình đào tạo nội bộ dành cho cán bộ quản lý với chủ đề: “Thực hành bánh xe quản lý để tăng hiệu quả công việc” tại Khu du lịch Thung Nham – Ninh Bình.   Chương trình đào tạo nội bộ dành cho cán bộ quản lý với chủ đề: “Thực hành bánh xe quản lý để tăng hiệu quả công việc” Chương trình có sự tham gia của ông Trịnh Việt Dũng – Chủ tịch Hội đồng quản trị, ông Nguyễn Mạnh Hà – Phó Chủ tịch Hội đồng quản trị, cùng các thành viên Hội đồng quản trị, Ban Tổng Giám đốc, lãnh đạo các phòng ban, đơn vị trực thuộc và đội ngũ cán bộ quản lý của Công ty. Khóa đào tạo được phối hợp thực hiện cùng Viện Nghiên cứu Phát triển Lãnh đạo Chiến lược (SLEADER) với sự trực tiếp giảng dạy của: PGS.TS. Hoàng Văn Hải – chuyên gia tư vấn chiến lược với hơn 35 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực quản trị, đào tạo và phát triển doanh nghiệp; TS. Dương Thu – Nhà sáng lập, Viện trưởng Viện SLEADER, chuyên gia tư vấn chiến lược và tái cấu trúc doanh nghiệp Khóa đào tạo được phối hợp thực hiện cùng Viện Nghiên cứu Phát triển Lãnh đạo Chiến lược (SLEADER) Chương trình được xây dựng theo hướng đào tạo thực tiễn, lấy hoạt động quản trị thực tế tại doanh nghiệp làm trọng tâm, giúp học viên không chỉ tiếp cận kiến thức quản trị hiện đại mà còn trực tiếp thực hành và ứng dụng vào công việc hàng ngày. Trong quá trình đào tạo, các học viên được chia thành các nhóm chuyên môn gồm: Nhóm Kế toán; Nhóm Kế hoạch – Kỹ thuật; Nhóm Nhà máy xử lý nước thải; Nhóm Thu hút đầu tư; Nhóm Vận hành KCN. Thông qua hình thức làm việc nhóm, trao đổi và xử lý tình huống thực tế, các học viên đã cùng nhau phân tích các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình điều hành công việc tại từng bộ phận, từ đó đưa ra giải pháp quản lý và phương án phối hợp hiệu quả giữa các phòng ban. Chương trình được xây dựng theo hướng đào tạo thực tiễn, lấy hoạt động quản trị thực tế tại doanh nghiệp làm trọng tâm Các nội dung đào tạo tập trung vào những kỹ năng quản trị cốt lõi của đội ngũ quản lý như: Xây dựng mục tiêu và định hướng công việc; Kỹ năng tổ chức, phân công và điều phối công việc; Phương pháp ra quyết định trong quản lý điều hành; Công tác giám sát, đo lường và đánh giá hiệu quả thực hiện công việc; Kỹ năng phát triển con người, xây dựng đội ngũ và nâng cao năng lực nhân sự.           Đặc biệt, chương trình đã tạo môi trường để các cán bộ quản lý trực tiếp chia sẻ kinh nghiệm thực tế, cùng thảo luận các khó khăn, vướng mắc trong quá trình triển khai công việc tại doanh nghiệp. Qua đó giúp nâng cao tư duy quản trị, tăng tính chủ động trong xử lý công việc và cải thiện hiệu quả phối hợp nội bộ giữa các đơn vị. Chương trình đã tạo môi trường để các CBQL trực tiếp chia sẻ kinh nghiệm thực tế, cùng thảo luận các khó khăn, vướng mắc trong quá trình triển khai công việc Bên cạnh các nội dung chuyên môn, chương trình còn tổ chức Gala Dinner và các hoạt động giao lưu tập thể nhằm tăng cường tinh thần đoàn kết, kết nối giữa các thành viên, góp phần xây dựng văn hóa doanh nghiệp chuyên nghiệp, gắn kết và phát triển bền vững.
