- June 16^th, 2003: Vinh Phuc Infrastructure Development JSC has been established with 9,999 billion ( nine billion, nine hundred and ninety nine  million VND ) for initial charter capital.

- December 16^th , 2005 to January 11^th, 2007 : Initial charter capital went up to 15 billion via the private issuance  to the present shareholders and investors. The number of shareholders after  issuing are 20 ones.

- April 6^th, 2007 to July 6^th, 2007 : Initial charter capital went up to 27 billion via the private issuance  to the present shareholders and investors. The number of shareholders after  issuing are 46 ones.

- July 14^th, 2008 to August 29^th, 2008 : Initial charter capital went up to 34,8 billion via the issuance of bonus shares to the present shareholders.

 - October 21^st, 2008 to December 5^th , 2008 : Initial charter capital went up to 35,285 billion via the issuance of bonus shares to the present shareholders.

- October 1^st, 2009 : State Securities Commission recognized our company being the public one. - June 1^st, 2010 : IDV shares was listed and traded on Hanoi Stock Exchange ( HNX).

Profile

Due to having the long-term and accuracy investment strategy from the establishing date up to now. Our company has reached the break-though development of financial capacity. At present, Our company is being the contractor of construction and trading technical infrastructure of the following industrial groups and parks: 

1. Khai Quang industrial park with 262 ha is in Vinh Yen city, Vinh Phuc province. At present, It has been completed relatively the infrastructure such as: traffic road, rainwater drainage system, wastewater drainage and treatment, electric power, fresh water, light system, pavement and green area. Backfill reaches over 75% at which more than 50 sub-investors who built the factories.
   
   
   

2. Chau Son Industrial park with 170 ha  is in Phu Ly city, Ha Nam province. At present, Chau Son IP has cleared the plan and it is being invested to build the infrastructure such as: traffic road, rainwater drainage system, electric power, fresh water and backfill. The backfill reaches over 30% at which 13 sub-investors who built the factories.

3. Xuan Son – Thanh My industrial group with 108,7 ha is in Son Tay city, Hanoi capital. Ha Tay province’s people committee ( now Hanoi) agreed in writing about  approving our company to be the investor and trade infrastructure. This group has been approved by Chairman of Ha Tay province (old) for detailed planning no.1/2000 in Decision No. 1413/QD-UBND dated on August 7^th, 2007; Ha Tay province’s people committee (old) has granted investment certificates No. 03121000159 on November 21^st, 2007. The company is continuing to implement the next steps of site clearance procedures.

4. Beside, VPID JSC also has shares in Phu Thanh - Hoa Binh Infrastructure Development JSC for investing in 02 projects of infrastructure trade and investment of Phu Thanh II industrial group (scale 138ha) and Đa Bac (Silver Stone) village ecotourism ( scale 80.19 ha ) in Phu Thanh commune, Lac Thuy District, Hoa Binh province.

VPID also is shareholder of LICOGI 18 ( L18) ; SON LONG TRAVEL JSC, Chi Linh House building and material manufacturing jsc. ( MCL), Trung Thu Hydro Electric Plants…

The technical infrastructure of industrial group and park has been built to be harmony to natural landscape and environmental friendliness – which is considered as a bridge for VPID JSC and the sub-investors reaching stable successes.
